Areas of responsibility include but are not limited to:
Managing the profitable operation of a retail store with emphasis on recruiting, hiring, training and developing MATRIX store associates in both operations and merchandising;
Performing all opening and closing procedures;
Implementing all operational and merchandising direction that is communicated from the Store Support Center;
Maintaining a high standard of merchandising, placement, store signage, and proper display techniques to create an inviting atmosphere for customers.
Some of the knowledge, skills, and abilities required to perform the essential functions of the position are:
Must possess prior retail and management experience;
Background in dealing with hardlines / variety merchandise;
Strong communication, interpersonal, and written skills;
Ability to work in a high energy team environment.

Responsible for managing the profitable operation of multiple retail stores with emphasis on recruitment, merchandising, and store operations.
Qualified candidates will possess:
3+ years multi-unit Retail Management experience, preferably dealing with hardlines/variety merchandise;
Strong merchandising and recruiting abilities;
Supervisory Experience;
Good communication skills.

Areas of responsibility include but are not limited to:
Assisting with the profitable operation of a retail store, in conjunction with assigned tasks and duties. Individuals will also assist in hiring, training, and development of all store associates in both operations and merchandising. (When we open our first retail store, this position will be avaliable.)

Provides technical support for our network of stores and system users. Our Help Desk currently provides such service 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Some of the knowledge, skills, and abilities required to perform the essential functions of the position are:
Excellent problem solving and phone skills;
Experience with point of sale systems, IBM AS/400, and PC applications (Windows 95 and Lotus SmartSuite);
Good oral and written communication skills required.
Some of the knowledge, skills, and abilities required to perform the essential functions of the position are:
Proven supervisory capability;
Minimum of 5-7 years of tax experience in public accounting or a large corporate tax environment;
Experience with consolidated federal and multi-state income returns;
Familiarity with sales and use tax returns;
Bachelor's degree in accounting or an equivalent discipline is specifically required;
CPA is preferred.
Areas of responsibility include but are not limited to:
Training Corporate and Distribution Center Associates in areas of management, interpersonal, communication, career-development skills, and work habits;
Designing plans, procedures and processes for the administration of training, monitoring employee progress and program effectiveness;
Partnering with business units to identify training and learning related business issues and opportunities;
Staying informed of new developments, methods, practices, and techniques in the training profession.
Some of the knowledge, skills, and abilities required to perform the essential functions of the position are:
Bachelor's degree in Training and Development, Human Resources, Business, Communications or related field;
Five or more years of training experience in assessment, course design, development, delivery, measurement tools and reporting;
Solid understanding of curriculum design, learning models, and training effectiveness;
Excellent interpersonal, presentation, verbal and written communication skills;
Some travel required.
(Merchandise)
Areas of responsibility include but are not limited to:
Communicating with sales people - receiving and providing them with information as needed, and relaying decisions;
Maintaining shipment of purchase orders and back orders of items;
Assisting store/field associates with merchandise related questions;
Maintaining vendor contact information.
Some of the knowledge, skills, and abilities required to perform the essential functions of the position are:
Ability to handle multiple projects
Strong telephone and communication skills
Excellent Word Pro & Lotus 1-2-3 skills.
Areas of responsibility include but are not limited to:
Analyzing, recommending, and planing for the growth of the telecommunications infrastructure;
Ensuring all telecommunications systems are operating at the appropriate software levels to include patches, circuit packs, release upgrades, etc.;
Maintaining accurate network diagramming and documentation of the enterprise telecommunications systems;
Researching and evaluating telecommunications industry developments and trends
Managing vendor relationships;
Evaluating & maintaining service reliability of DCS / T-1 and frame relay networks.
Some of the knowledge, skills, and abilities required to perform the essential functions of the position are:
Five (5) or more years of experience in telecommunication administration (NOT telemarketing);
Experience with Lucent products and services preferred (Lucent CD Rom or Classroom certificate greatly preferred);
Project management and installation experience a plus;
Experience with Definity G3Si/G3R and Intuity Audix;
Must have excellent verbal, written and customer service skills;
Ability to work effectively with limited supervision.
Areas of responsibility include but are not limited to:
Processing weekly automated computer payroll
Serving as a backup to other payroll associates in processing garnishments and other duties.
Some of the knowledge, skills, and abilities required to perform the essential functions of the position include:
One (1) or more years experience with multi-state automated computer payroll systems and processing;
Detail orientated, strong organizational skills, and self motivated;
Excellent communication and phone skills;
Ability to work well under pressure and meet scheduled deadlines.
Areas of responsibility include but are not limited to:
Reviewing allocations and Store Manager orders;
Providing purchasing staff with information on merchandise trends and needs;
Communicating with store / field personnel concerning merchandise mix;
Maintaining various inventory reports.
Some of the knowledge, skills, and abilities required to perform the essential functions of the position include:
Strong analytical skills in gathering and interpreting information as well as organizational skills;
Store Management experience a plus, particularly in a general merchandise, hardlines environment;
Excellent communication, writing, and grammar skills.

Seasonal retail environments are preferred;
Ability to lead by example, mentor, develop, and foster a team environment are essential;
Ability to understand and demonstrate technical / equipment, and systems.
Also be able to run and understand all parts of web site developement.
